Richard B. Tubertini
Mr. Tubertini is Special Counsel in the Mississippi office. His practice includes insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, professional malpractice and commercial litigation, as well as business/transactional and real estate development matters. A large part of his practice also includes representation of boards and commissions, including large homeowners/property owners associations and foreign trade and economic development entities. Mr. Tubertini serves an administrative role in the firm as Counsel in Charge of the Mississippi office. Prior to joining Hailey, McNamara in 2010, he practiced with the law firm of Phelps Dunbar, LLP from 2000-2009, serving as Office Managing Partner of the Gulfport location from 2002-2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Tubertini was a partner with the local area law firm of Allen, Cobb, Hood and Atkinson, where he practiced for twelve years.
Admissions and Affiliations
Mr. Tubertini is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state and federal courts. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute. He was a contributing writer to Coast Business Journal in 1991 and an adjunct instructor of Business Law at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College from 1990-1992.
