Formerly called Hailey, McNamara, McNamara and Hall, the firm's name was changed to Hailey, McNamara, Hall, Larmann & Papale in 1982 when one of its partners, A. J. McNamara, was appointed a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
